Connect your services. We recommend “read” access to Gmail so we can build your first intelligent task list, and “write” access to Slack so we can send you morning briefings to start.
For Google Calendar / Docs / Sheets support we will need to add you as a Google tester until we complete Google’s App verification process. Housecat is CASA Tier 2 certified, see trust.housecat.com.

Connect your LLM API key and configure your model. We recommend Anthropic and Opus 4.6. This step is optional if you’d like to use Housecat’s LLM gateway but usage limits apply.

Set up your initial Housecat Onboarding project. Use the Onboarding project template, then optionally pre-answer the questions in chat:

My role is (founder, PM, sales, engineering lead, ops, etc.)
A typical day includes (meetings-heavy, deep work, customer-facing, mix, etc.)
I get (few, many, tons) of emails per day. The ones that matter the most are (customer emails, investor updates, team threads, vendor/billing)
My meetings include (sales calls, 1:1s, planning, demos, interviews, board meetings) I track my work with (mental lists, notes app, spread sheet, docs, nothing)
