FAQ
Can I choose which spreadsheet and sheet to sync to?
Yes. During setup you select the Google Sheets spreadsheet and sheet. You can also configure multiple destinations.
Can I review changes before they sync?
By default Housecat sends a confirmation for every sync, and you can edit or undo any changes before they're finalized. We can also enable full review mode where every change requires human approval before edits to Google Sheets are made.
Is it real-time?
Near real-time. Emails are typically processed and synced to Google Sheets within a few minutes.
What if information already exists in the sheet?
Housecat detects and warns you about potential conflicts.
What about DocSend or other links to files?
If an email contains links to files (like DocSend, Google Drive share links, or other file-sharing services), Housecat will download them and save them to Google Sheets alongside any regular attachments.
