Get startedConnect your Outlook account and Housecat monitors your inbox for new conversations automatically.
Names, emails, companies, roles, and the key details from the conversation are pulled out automatically. We download linked files or attachments and save them in the right place.
New rows are added to your base. Existing records are enriched with notes and linked conversations.
Nothing happens without your knowledge. Review what was synced and make changes if needed.
Yes. Housecat can map extracted data to any field in your Airtable base, including single-select, multi-select, linked records, attachments, and text/number/date fields.
Yes. During setup you select the Airtable base and table. You can also configure multiple destinations if you want data split across tables.
By default Housecat sends a confirmation for every sync, and you can edit or undo any changes before they're finalized. We can also enable full review mode where every change requires human approval before edits to Airtable are made.
Near real-time. Emails are typically processed and synced to Airtable within a few minutes.
Housecat detects existing records and updates them rather than creating duplicates. It warns you if it detects a potential conflict.
If an email contains links to files (like DocSend, Google Drive share links, or other file-sharing services), Housecat will download them and save them to Airtable alongside any regular attachments.
Connect Airtable in minutes. No engineering required.
